We’re updating our Best Practice Sessions to expand access and improve the experience for all users on the platform.

What’s Changing

1. Current sessions will be canceled
All existing Best Practice Sessions will be removed from your calendars.

Please remove any recurring events on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 1 PM ET to avoid confusion.

2. New session format + registration process
In the future, sessions will be role-specific and require registration via in-platform Notifications (invitations coming soon).

New Session Types

Firm Platform Users
📅 1st Thursday of each month | 1 PM ET
Focused on managing a client portfolio within the platform, including:

  • Firm Platform Specific Topics
  • Client management best practices

Audience: All Firm Admins & Users

Health & Value Assessments
📅2nd Thursday of each month | 1 PM ET
Focused on the front end of the funnel, including:

  • Using assessments to drive prospect interest
  • Navigating the dashboard
  • Campaigns and reporting
  • Positioning Enterprise Value (EV) in conversations to drive conversion

Audience: Health & Value license holders

All Software Users
📅3rd Thursday of each month | 1 PM ET
Focused on software usage and feature updates, including:

  • Individual modules
  • Technical walkthroughs
  • Best practices
  • Feature releases

Audience: All software users (firms + companies)

These updates are designed to make sessions more relevant, actionable, and accessible for each Propel user type.

  • Session topics will be released, with registration links, two weeks before each session
  • No further communication will be sent via email
