Who can share assessments?
- Firm Admins automatically have access to all Health & Value Assessments in Propel Your Business.
- Firm Users need to share finalized assessments manually.
Step 1: Confirm Access
When you log in, check for the navy navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- If you see it, you are a Firm Admin or Firm User.
- If you do not see it, contact the person who connected you with Propel Your Business.
Step 2: Open Health & Value
- In the navigation bar, click Health & Value.
- This takes you to your Health & Value dashboard.
Step 3: Locate a Finalized Assessment
You can only share an assessment once it is finalized.
- Look for the Finalized status, or use the filter to show only finalized assessments.
Step 4: Share the Assessment
- Find the company assessment you want to share.
- Click Share.
- Select any Firm User you want to give access to.
- Click Edit to confirm.
Step 5: Verify Sharing
Once shared, the selected user’s photo or initials will appear in the “Shared” section of that assessment.
