When we’re creating a new meeting series or editing a meeting series, it’s important to include our meeting link so that participants can enter directly from the Propel Your Business software.
Where can you find these meeting links? A couple of places.
First, if you’ve already sent the meeting invite, you can go to your calendar, find the meeting link in the invite, and cut and paste it into the meeting series — and then save.
Or, if you want to solve this for the long term with new meetings that you’re creating so that all meetings have the same Zoom link as the one you’re creating in your calendar, you can go ahead and go to Zoom’s website and log in.
Then we’re going to go to your personal meeting room, which is under profile > meetings > meeting room. Here is your invite link. This also has the password included so that your participants don’t have to log in with a password.
You can copy this link now, paste it into the meeting series, and save it as your default meeting link for the future.
You can also choose to put it in your personal details. You can find this underneath the tool where your face is in that picture. Click on it, scroll down to the video URL input, and then click save.
If you use Google Meets or another type of video meeting program, look on their site or help desk to find your personal meeting room.
