Value and Performance:
Update Summary: Performance, Health & Value Goals Page
We’ve made key improvements to the Value Goals section in Propel Your Business:
- You can now plan by revenue or growth rate — toggle between options for more flexible goal-setting.
- Value and Performance are now separate. Changes to Value goals won’t automatically update your Performance plan after initial setup.
- Profit planning remains the same — still based on margin percentage only.
More enhancements, including seasonality-based planning from a single revenue input, are coming soon.
Support Desk: Live For All Users
The support desk has been launched for all users and clients.
Company User: Ability to Pin and Add Roadmaps, Create and Pin Resources, and Create Meetings
User Role & Permission Updates – Propel Your Business
We’ve made updates to user roles and permissions:
- Roles are now visible under Company Settings > Users and include Company Admin (typically owners/leaders) and Company User (most team members).
- You can now edit roles and activation status via the three-dot menu next to each user.
- New permissions can be assigned:
- Access to Company Goals
- Access to Health & Value
- Ability to create internal meetings (1:1 or huddles)
- Company users can now:
- Create/pin roadmaps, resources, and tasks
- View meeting content only if invited
These updates give you more control over who can access and contribute to key areas of your business planning.

Tasks: Only Company Admin Can See All Tasks
Only company admins (user role) can see all organizational tasks. All other users can only see the specific tasks assigned to them.
