Propel Dashboard Overview #

When users log into Propel, they automatically land on the Dashboard.

The Dashboard acts as the central hub for:

  • visibility
  • accountability
  • upcoming work
  • meetings
  • and company performance.

The tabs and information visible on the Dashboard depend on:

  • the user’s role
  • and the permissions assigned by the Company Admin.

Dashboard Visibility and Permissions #

Every user sees:

  • My Dashboard

Additional tabs may appear depending on permissions:

  • Company Dashboard
  • Health
  • Value

Company Admins typically have access to:

  • all dashboard tabs
  • all company-wide visibility
  • and broader reporting functionality.

Company Users only see:

  • the sections and information they’ve been granted access to.

My Dashboard #

My Dashboard is the default landing page for all users.

This dashboard provides an overview of:

  • upcoming work
  • overdue responsibilities
  • meetings
  • and key execution items.

Upcoming Meetings #

At the top of the dashboard, users can see:

  • their next upcoming meetings.

Typically, the next three meetings are displayed.

This helps users quickly prepare for:

  • accountability conversations
  • planning sessions
  • and recurring meeting cadences.

Roadmap Items #

The dashboard also highlights:

  • roadmap items assigned to the user.

Overdue roadmap items are prioritized first to increase visibility and accountability.

Users can:

  • quickly review pending work
  • and navigate directly to all roadmap items.

Tasks #

Tasks associated with roadmap items and collaboration activity also appear on the dashboard.

This gives users:

  • a centralized view of action items
  • operational responsibilities
  • and short-term execution priorities.

A link to view all tasks is also available.


Pinned Scorecards #

At the bottom of the dashboard, users can pin scorecards for quick visibility.

This allows individuals to:

  • monitor KPIs
  • review goals
  • and track important metrics directly from the dashboard.

Company Dashboard #

Users with permission to access the Company Dashboard will see:

  • company revenue graphs
  • profit graphs
  • and the Company Goals Scorecard.

This provides broader organizational visibility into:

  • business performance
  • company goals
  • and financial progress.

Health Tab #

Users with access to Health and Value information can view the Health tab.

This section displays:

  • the company’s current health score
  • health score updates
  • and progress made across operational health areas.

Health scores are typically tied to:

  • operational maturity
  • systems
  • leadership
  • accountability
  • and business infrastructure improvements.

Value Tab #

The Value tab provides visibility into:

  • estimated enterprise value
  • long-term value goals
  • growth projections
  • and value planning.

This section connects:

  • revenue growth
  • profit improvement
  • and operational health

…to long-term enterprise value creation.

Access to this information is controlled through user permissions.
