Editing a Scorecard #

Scorecards are collections of goals that track performance across a team, function, or outcome. You can edit scorecards at any time inside Propel Your Business.

Where You Can Edit Scorecards #

1. From the Goals Module (Primary Method) #

1. Navigate to Goals
2. Click the Scorecards tab
3. Locate the scorecard
   • Use filters if needed
4. Click the three dots next to the scorecard
5. Select Edit

2. From Within a Meeting #

1. Go to Meetings
2. Open a Meeting Series
3. Navigate to Scorecards in the agenda
4. Select the scorecard to edit

Permissions Required #

You can only edit a scorecard if:

• You are the owner, or
• You are shared as an editor

If you don’t see the edit option:

• You likely have view-only access
• Contact the owner to request edit permissions

What You Can Edit #

Inside the scorecard editor, you can update:

Core Setup #

• Scorecard name
• Meeting series attachment (pin to one or multiple meetings)

Goals #

• Add or remove goals
• Adjust which goals are included

Total Settings #

• Enable totals (sum or average)
• Roll multiple goals into a single KPI

Access & Sharing #

• Owner
• Editors
• Viewers
