Accessing and Managing Firm Settings #
Only Firm Admins and Firm Owners have access to Firm Settings.
How to Access Firm Settings #
- Look at the left-hand navigation bar.
- If the navigation bar is navy, you are logged in as a firm user.
- If you do not see a navy navigation bar, you do not have firm-level access.
- Click Settings in the navy navigation bar.
- Under Account, select Firm.
This will take you to the Firm Settings page.
What You Can Manage in Firm Settings #
From the Firm Settings page, Firm Admins and Owners can update:
- Firm name
- Firm logo or icon
- Firm cover image
These branding elements appear on the login page for your firm’s Propel Your Business instance.
Access Restrictions #
- Only Firm Admins and Firm Owners can view or edit Firm Settings.
- Other firm users and company users do not have access to this page.
