My Dashboard Overview #
When a user logs into Propel, they land on My Dashboard by default.
My Dashboard serves as a personal command center, providing a quick view of upcoming commitments, overdue items, key priorities, and important performance metrics.
The dashboard is designed to help users stay organized, focused, and aware of what requires attention next.
Upcoming Meetings #
At the top of the dashboard, users will see their next upcoming meetings.
The dashboard displays:
- the next three scheduled meetings
- meeting details and timing
- quick access to the Meetings module
To see a complete list of meetings, click View All Meetings from the meeting widget.
Roadmap Items #
The Roadmap Items section highlights:
- overdue roadmap items
- roadmap items due soon
- key actions that require attention
This allows users to quickly identify strategic work that is falling behind or approaching a deadline.
Selecting View All Roadmap Items opens the full list within the Initiatives module.
Tasks #
The Tasks section provides a summary of:
- overdue tasks
- upcoming tasks
- assigned responsibilities due within the next week
This gives users a clear picture of their immediate workload and priorities.
Selecting View All Tasks takes users directly to the Tasks module for more detailed management.
Pinned Scorecards #
The Pinned Scorecards section allows users to keep their most important metrics front and center.
Users can:
- pin individual scorecards
- pin multiple scorecards
- monitor performance without navigating to the Goals module
This makes it easy to track key performance indicators and critical business metrics from the dashboard.
Goal Management #
Within the Scorecards section, users can also:
- view associated goals
- search for specific goals
- quickly navigate between scorecards
- add new goals using the Quick Add Goal feature
This provides convenient access to performance tracking directly from the dashboard.
