How to Filter Initiatives #
Filtering initiatives helps you quickly find what you need—especially when you’re managing multiple projects or reviewing past work.
Accessing the Initiative Dashboard #
- Go to the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click on Initiatives.
- Here you’ll see all initiatives:
- If you’re a Company Admin, you’ll see all initiatives across the business.
- If not, you’ll only see initiatives you own or are shared on.
Filtering Options #
- Search by Initiative
- Use the search bar to look up a specific initiative by name.
- Filter by Owner
- See all initiatives created by or assigned to a specific owner.
- Example: Select Casey to view initiatives he owns.
- Filter by Shared Participants
- View initiatives that are shared with one or multiple people.
- Filter by Status
- Active Initiatives – shows current, ongoing projects.
- Archived Initiatives – useful for reviewing completed or discontinued initiatives.
- Filter by Date Range
- Narrow results to initiatives started or completed within a specific timeframe.
- Example: Select last quarter + archived to review initiatives completed in that period.
Combining Filters #
You can use multiple filters at the same time.
- Example: See archived initiatives from last quarter created by a specific owner.
✅ Tip: Filtering makes it easy to run quarterly reviews or team check-ins by focusing only on the initiatives that matter most in that context.
