How to Filter Initiatives #

Filtering initiatives helps you quickly find what you need—especially when you’re managing multiple projects or reviewing past work.


Accessing the Initiative Dashboard #

  • Go to the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Click on Initiatives.
  • Here you’ll see all initiatives:
    • If you’re a Company Admin, you’ll see all initiatives across the business.
    • If not, you’ll only see initiatives you own or are shared on.

Filtering Options #

  1. Search by Initiative
    • Use the search bar to look up a specific initiative by name.
  2. Filter by Owner
    • See all initiatives created by or assigned to a specific owner.
    • Example: Select Casey to view initiatives he owns.
  3. Filter by Shared Participants
    • View initiatives that are shared with one or multiple people.
  4. Filter by Status
    • Active Initiatives – shows current, ongoing projects.
    • Archived Initiatives – useful for reviewing completed or discontinued initiatives.
  5. Filter by Date Range
    • Narrow results to initiatives started or completed within a specific timeframe.
    • Example: Select last quarter + archived to review initiatives completed in that period.

Combining Filters #

You can use multiple filters at the same time.

  • Example: See archived initiatives from last quarter created by a specific owner.

Tip: Filtering makes it easy to run quarterly reviews or team check-ins by focusing only on the initiatives that matter most in that context.
