How to Archive an Initiative #
Archiving is useful when you’ve either completed an initiative or decided not to move forward with it.
Step 1: Locate the Initiative #
- From the Initiatives Dashboard, find the initiative you want to archive.
Step 2: Archive the Initiative #
- On the right-hand side, click the three dots (⋮).
- Select Archive.
Step 3: View Archived Initiatives #
- Use the filter menu at the top of the dashboard.
- Select Archived.
- Here, you’ll see all initiatives that have been archived.
Step 4: Restore an Initiative (Optional) #
- From the archived list, you can select an initiative and restore it if needed.
✅ Tip: Archiving does not delete the initiative—it simply removes it from your active view while keeping the history and details accessible.
