Changing the Status Of A Company Instance

    Only Firm Admins have the ability to change the status of a company instance in Propel Your Business.

    If you believe you should have this ability, contact your Firm Administrator. If you are the Firm Administrator, log a support ticket if you need help.

    As a Firm Administrator:

    1. Log in to Propel Your Business.
    2. From the Firm Portfolio, go to Settings in the bottom left-hand corner.
    3. Select Companies.
    4. Search for the company you want to update.
    5. On the right-hand side, click the Three Dots and choose Edit Company.

    Here, you can set the status to:

    • Active – Paying clients. These count toward the number of company instances in your firm.
    • Pending – Prospects or clients in the sales process. You cannot invite these users into the software.
    • Inactive – Clients who no longer work with you.

    Once you’ve selected the correct status, click Update Company.
