Propel Your Business has a self-support desk.

Go to the lower left-hand corner, click the Support icon—this opens the Knowledge Base.

In the Knowledge Base, you can:

  • Search for your answer.
  • Click on the subject you need help with.
  • Watch a video or read step-by-step directions.

If you’ve searched and cannot find the answer to your question, click to File a Ticket.

When filing a ticket, include as much information as possible:

  • Screenshots
  • The name of the company
  • The name of the user you’re referring to
  • A Loom video of your screen to show the problem

This will help speed up support response time.

You’ll also see recent updates to the software in the Knowledge Base. You can read about new releases and click links to watch videos that explain them.
