Dashboard Overview #
The Dashboard is your personal home page in Propel. It provides a centralized view of your work, helping you quickly see what requires your attention and giving you direct access to the areas you use most often.
Your dashboard is personalized to you and displays the information that is most relevant to your day-to-day work.
What You’ll Find on the Dashboard #
The Dashboard provides quick access to your:
- Upcoming meetings
- Notifications
- Activities and assigned work
- Initiatives
- Roadmap items
- Pinned scorecards
Each dashboard widget summarizes important information and provides a shortcut to the full module.
Customize Your Dashboard #
You can personalize the Dashboard to match the way you work.
Select Manage Dashboard in the upper-right corner to:
- Show or hide dashboard widgets.
- Reorder widgets using drag and drop.
- Save your preferred layout.
This allows you to prioritize the information that matters most to your role.
Pin Scorecards #
You can pin one or more scorecards directly to your Dashboard for quick access.
Pinned scorecards allow you to:
- Monitor key metrics without navigating to the Goals module.
- Quickly review progress toward important objectives.
- Add goals directly to a scorecard when appropriate.
Navigate to Full Modules #
Each dashboard widget serves as a shortcut to the related area of the platform.
For example, the Upcoming Meetings widget displays your next scheduled meetings. Selecting View All Meetings opens the Meetings module, where you can view your complete meeting schedule and access meeting details.
The same navigation pattern is used throughout the Dashboard, making it easy to move from summary information to the full feature with a single click.
A Personalized Workspace #
Because the Dashboard combines your meetings, work items, notifications, initiatives, and scorecards in one place, it serves as your daily workspace within Propel. Customizing the layout and pinning the information you reference most often can help you stay organized and focused on your highest priorities.
