Using Departments for Sharing and Invitations #

After creating departments in the Team module, you can use those departments throughout Propel to streamline sharing and invitations.

Recap: Department Setup #

Within the Team module, departments allow you to:

  • Name a department
  • Assign a department manager
  • Add team members to that department

Once departments are created, they become available as selectable groups across the platform.

Using Departments in Meeting Series #

Departments can be used when editing or creating a meeting series.

Instead of inviting individuals one by one, you can:

  • Select an entire department
