Company Settings Overview #

Company Settings can be found in the bottom-left corner of the sage navigation bar.
This area allows Company Admins to manage account details, users, and requests.


⚙️ 1. Account Details #

The Account Details tab houses your company’s foundational information.

  • Time Zone:
    This is the most critical field — it controls the time for all calendar invites and meeting series.
    Ensure it matches your local time zone.
  • Company Logo:
    Upload or update your company’s logo here.
  • General Info:
    Update your company name, contact information, and other profile details.

🛑 Only Company Admins can make changes to the company account profile.


👥 2. Users #

This tab allows admins to manage user access and permissions.

  • Add new users by entering their name and email address.
  • Toggle the following permissions for each Company User:
    • Access to Company Goals
    • Access to Enterprise Value
    • Ability to Create Internal Meetings

If all toggles are set to off, that user:

  • Cannot view company-wide goals
  • Cannot see enterprise value metrics
  • Cannot create internal meeting series

Note: The Users section differs from the Team page.
The Team page allows you to organize members, but does not make them active users in the software.


📩 3. Requests #

The Requests tab is where admins can manage platform change requests, including:

  • Adding or removing users
  • Adding new vendors
  • Transferring company profiles between firms
