Only Firm Administrators can add or remove advisors from company instances in Propel Your Business.
If you believe you should have this ability, contact your Firm Administrator. If you are the Firm Administrator, log a ticket if you need assistance.
To add or remove an firm user from a company instance:
- Log in to Propel Your Business.
- Go to Settings in the bottom left-hand corner.
- Select Companies.
- Search for the company you’re updating.
- Click the Three Dots on the right-hand side.
- Select Manage firm users.
- Here, you’ll see all firm users assigned to the company instance. You can remove or add advisors as needed, then click out to save changes.
Alternate method:
- Go to Team.
- Search for the advisor.
- Click the Three Dots on the right-hand side.
- Select Assign Companies.
- Assign or revoke access to companies as needed.
