Introduction to the Meetings Module in Propel Your Business #
This video introduces users to the Meetings module in the Propel Your Business platform. When logging in, users land either on Company Goals or Meetings, depending on their role. By selecting Meetings, users can:
- View their upcoming scheduled meetings.
- Toggle to view all meetings across the organization (available to advisors, business owners, or company admins).
- Understand Meeting Series, which group recurring meetings with the same attendees and topic (e.g., regular advising meetings).
- View details such as:
- Meeting cadence (e.g., first and third Wednesdays),
- Scheduled time and duration,
- Next scheduled meeting,
- Meeting location (video call or in-person).
This module helps organize and manage recurring business and advisory meetings.
