Changing the Owner of a Health and Value Campaign #

Only firm admins can change or edit the owner of an existing Health and Value Assessment campaign.

How to Change a Campaign Owner #

1. Navigate to the Health and Value Assessment Dashboard.
2. On the right-hand side, click View Report.
3. This view shows:
   • Campaigns owned by you, or
   • If you are a firm admin, all campaigns.
4. Use search or filters to locate the campaign you want to update (by owner or campaign name).
5. Click the three dots next to the campaign.
6. Select Edit Campaign.
7. Choose the new campaign owner from the list.
8. Click Save Changes.

Important Notes #

• You must be a firm admin to change campaign ownership.
• Changing the owner does not affect:
  • The campaign link
  • Existing Health and Value Assessments
  • Reporting or campaign history
• Ownership updates take effect immediately.

Once saved, the campaign is now owned by the newly selected individual.
