Company User Profiles: Admin vs. User #
There are two types of company instance user profiles: Company Admin and Company User.
Locating Users #
If you are a Company Admin, go to Company Settings.
Here you will see the Company Account and the Users tab.
Inside, you’ll find all team members listed, along with their assigned role in Propel Your Business.
Company User #
- A Company User can be granted access to:
- Company Goals
- Health and Value Assessment information
- Ability to create internal meetings for their team
- An Admin can grant all or just one of these permissions to a User.
- Each user will also display as Active or Inactive in settings.
Company Admin #
- A Company Admin has full visibility into all areas of the company — even meetings they are not a member of.
- They are the only users with the ability to change company settings.
- Only Admins can invite new users to the software.
Access to Goals & Value Data #
- If a Company User is granted access to Company Goals, they will see the full organization’s goals in the Company Goals Dashboard.
- If also granted access to Health and Enterprise Value, that information will appear during meetings alongside goals.
- If a user does not have access to these features, they will instead see a Macro Plan — the month-over-month plan — but without Enterprise Value or Health data.

- Admins = Full visibility, control of settings, ability to invite users.
- Users = Customizable access (Company Goals, Health & Value, Internal Meetings).
- Access settings determine what Users see during meetings and dashboards.
