Learning Module Overview #
The Learning Module provides access to expert-led training courses designed to help you and your team get the most value from Propel.
When you click on Learning in the left-hand navigation bar, you will be taken to the Learning Dashboard, where you can browse available courses, track your progress, and continue training at your own pace.
Navigating the Learning Dashboard #
The Learning Dashboard organizes courses into three categories:
Available Courses #
These are courses that are available for you to begin.
In Progress #
Courses you have started but have not yet completed.
Completed #
Courses you have successfully finished.
This organization makes it easy to see where you are in your learning journey and quickly return to unfinished training.
Course Overview #
Selecting a course opens the Course Overview page.
The overview provides important information, including:
- Course description
- Number of modules
- Number of topics
- Number of quizzes
- Estimated completion time
For example, a course may contain multiple modules, dozens of topics, several quizzes, and an estimated completion time to help you plan your learning schedule.
Starting a Course #
To begin training, click Start Course.
Courses are self-paced, allowing you to:
- Start and stop whenever needed
- Complete training over multiple sessions
- Return exactly where you left off
Your progress is automatically saved as you move through the course.
Course Content #
Courses may include a variety of learning materials designed to support different learning styles, including:
Video Lessons #
Expert-led instructional videos covering key concepts and best practices.
Written Content #
Supporting articles, explanations, and reference material.
Quizzes #
Knowledge checks throughout the course to reinforce learning and measure understanding.
Resource Documents #
Downloadable tools, templates, guides, and supporting materials that can be used during and after the course.
Tracking Progress #
As you work through a course, Propel tracks your progress automatically.
You can leave a course at any time and return later without losing your place.
Once all required modules and quizzes have been completed, the course will move from In Progress to Completed on your Learning Dashboard.
Best Practices for Learning #
To get the most value from the Learning Module:
- Complete courses in the recommended order when applicable.
- Take advantage of downloadable resources and templates.
- Complete quizzes to reinforce learning and identify knowledge gaps.
- Apply concepts directly within your business as you progress through the training.
- Encourage team members to complete role-specific courses relevant to their responsibilities.
The Learning Module provides a structured way to build skills, improve adoption of Propel, and support continuous improvement across your organization.
