Prospect Did Not Receive or Complete a Health and Value Assessment #

If a prospect has not received their Health and Value Assessment link, or cannot access their completed report, there are a few common reasons and simple steps to resolve the issue.

If the Prospect Did Not Receive the Assessment Link #

Possible Reasons #

  • If the assessment was sent directly from Propel, the email comes from Propel Your Business, not from you personally.
    • The prospect may be expecting an email from you and overlook it.
  • The email may have been filtered into spam or junk.

Recommended Action #

  • Ask the prospect to check their spam or junk folder.
  • If needed, resend the assessment using an invite link placed inside your own email so it comes directly from you.

If the Prospect Started the Assessment but Did Not Receive the Report #

If the prospect received the link but cannot access their results, they may not have completed the assessment.

How to Check Assessment Status #

  1. Go to the Health and Value Assessment Dashboard.
  2. Use the Filters and select All Steps.
  3. This view shows:
    • Assessments that were started but not completed.
    • Assessments that were completed and finalized.
  4. Search by:
    • Prospect name, or
    • Prospect company name.

What to Do Next #

  • Once you locate the assessment:
    • Review where the prospect left off.
    • Copy the Resume Link.
    • Send the resume link to the prospect so they can finish the assessment.

Important Completion Requirement #

  • A prospect must enter their information at the end of the assessment to fully complete it.
  • If they did not reach that final step, the assessment is not considered finished, and the report will not be generated.

Summary #

  • Missing emails are usually due to sender expectations or spam filtering.
  • Incomplete reports mean the assessment was not finalized.
  • Use All Steps filtering and the Resume Link to help prospects finish successfully.
