My Prospect has not recieved the invitation for take the Health and Value Assessment.

If a prospect hasn’t received the health and value assessment email, here’s what to do:

  1. Ask them to check their spam folder.
  2. Go to the “Health and Value Assessments” module in Propel Your Business.
  3. Check the “step” column to see the assessment status.
  4. Search for the prospect’s name.
  5. If the assessment isn’t finalized, you can edit it and resend.
  6. You can also copy the resume link and send it in an email.
  7. If none of these work, log a support ticket.
