If a prospect hasn’t received the health and value assessment email, here’s what to do:
- Ask them to check their spam folder.
- Go to the “Health and Value Assessments” module in Propel Your Business.
- Check the “step” column to see the assessment status.
- Search for the prospect’s name.
- If the assessment isn’t finalized, you can edit it and resend.
- You can also copy the resume link and send it in an email.
- If none of these work, log a support ticket.
