Setting Your Default Video Meeting Link #
There are two places in the software where you can set your default video meeting link.
1. When Creating a Meeting Series
- As you create the meeting series, you’ll see a field to enter your meeting video link.
- Once added, check the option to “Save as my default link.”
- This ensures the same link automatically populates each time you set up a new meeting series.
2. In Your Personal Settings
- Go to the bottom left-hand corner of your screen where your initials or profile picture appear.
- Just above, click Settings.
- In your personal settings, you’ll find a field for your video URL.
- Enter your link here and hit Save.
- This will also ensure your preferred link populates each time you create a meeting series.
