Using Roadmap Items in Meetings #
When you’re in a meeting and open the Initiatives section of the agenda, your roadmap items appear below, automatically sorted by target due date.
If an Initiative is Missing #
- Check whether the initiative is already listed.
- If not, click Pin Initiatives to add it to the meeting.
- You can see which initiatives are pinned and unpin them if needed.
Organizing Roadmap Items #
- Roadmap items are listed chronologically, helping you see what must happen first and what comes next.
- You can adjust target due dates to ensure the sequence aligns with actual project timing.
Using Filters #
Filters make it easier to focus on the right work:
- By Initiative – View all items tied to a single initiative and adjust their due dates accordingly.
- By Date Range – For example, filter by next quarter to see only the tasks due in that timeframe.
This view helps you:
- Plan the work sequence accurately.
- Spot potential timing conflicts.
- Ensure all items are aligned with your calendar.
👉 Tip: Think of this as a planning tool inside the meeting—not just for tracking progress but for sequencing work and keeping everyone aligned on priorities.
