Editing the Value Page in Company Goals #
Step 1: Navigate to Company Goals
- Log into the software.
- From the Company Goals section, go to Value (next to the Revenue and Profit tabs).
- On the right-hand side, click the three dots → Edit.
Step 2: Update Desired Enterprise Value
- Here, you can edit your desired Enterprise Value and the year by which you want to achieve it.
- ⚠️ Important: Do not edit the original baseline value you entered when first setting up. Editing the original rewrites both past and future records.
- Instead, adjust only the desired value and target year.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Review the Recalculated Path
- The system will recalculate your path to your desired enterprise value.
- Updates will reflect on both the Revenue and Profit tabs.
Step 4: Adjust Growth Rates and Margins
- Update year-over-year growth rates and revenue targets to align with the new desired value.
- Adjust net profit margins to match the updated revenue path.
Step 5: Update Company Goals Dashboard Manually
- Changes made on the Value page do not automatically sync to the Company Goals Dashboard.
- If you revise the plan for the current year, you must also manually update:
- Revenue plan
- Profit plan
