Health & Value Assessment Dashboard Overview #

The Health & Value Assessment Dashboard helps you track and manage assessments across all client stages—from initial outreach to active engagement.


Accessing the Dashboard #

  • From the left-hand navigation bar, click Health & Value.
  • You’ll see all assessments that have been sent or finalized, organized by category.

Understanding Assessment Stages #

CategoryDescription
ProspectAnyone who has been sent a Health & Value Assessment, regardless of status.
PendingAn assessment linked to a pending company that is not yet an active client. Pending users cannot be invited into the platform.
ActiveThe individual has become a client, and their company instance is active. You can now invite users to the account.
InactiveA client who is no longer active. When a company is marked inactive, all linked Health & Value Assessments are automatically moved to this status.
AllDisplays every assessment, across all categories.

Filtering and Exporting #

Use filters at the top of the dashboard to view assessments by:

  • Campaign
  • Owner
  • Stage (Prospect, Pending, Active, Inactive)
  • Finalized vs. Not Finalized
  • Date Range

You can also archive assessments or export results.

Note: The export reflects whatever filters are currently applied.


Viewing Campaign Reports #

Select View Report to see detailed campaign data.

You can:

  • View all campaigns or search for a specific one.
  • Click a campaign (e.g., Test Conference) to view:
    • The reusable campaign link.
    • The number of assessments sent using that link.
    • The current breakdown (e.g., 3 sent, 3 completed, 0 pending).
    • The last completed assessment date.

You can also filter campaign reports by:

  • Timeframe
  • Owner
