Using Campaigns with the Health & Value Assessment #
Campaigns allow you to track groups of Health & Value Assessments (HVAs) sent for a specific purpose—such as a conference, referral source, or marketing event. This helps you identify where assessments originated and monitor engagement by campaign.
Step 1: What a Campaign Is #
A campaign lets you organize HVAs by source or event.
For example:
- Conference Campaigns – Track all assessments distributed during an event.
- Referral Partner Campaigns – Assign a unique campaign link to a partner so you can see which assessments were initiated by their referrals.
On your Health & Value Dashboard, campaigns appear in their own tracking section.
Step 2: Creating a Campaign #
- Navigate to your Health & Value Dashboard.
- Click Send Health & Value Assessment.
- Choose to Track as a Campaign.
- Enter a Campaign Name (e.g., “First Conference”).
- Copy the Campaign Link.
- You can now send the link directly or distribute it manually.
Step 3: Sending Methods #
There are two ways to send:
Option 1: Send Directly from Propel Your Business #
- Enter the recipient’s name and send from within the app.
- This method logs the send automatically under that campaign.
- The campaign will begin tracking how many HVAs were sent, completed, and their status (prospect, pending, active).
Option 2: Copy the Invite Link #
- Copy and paste the campaign link into your own emails or marketing materials.
- Note: Sending this way will not automatically log that you sent the HVA in the campaign report.
- To keep manual records, save the campaign name and link in a spreadsheet for your own tracking.
Step 4: Monitoring Campaign Performance #
Once HVAs are sent via the direct send method, you’ll be able to see:
- The number of assessments sent using each campaign link.
- The current stage of each assessment (Prospect, Pending, Active).
- The link itself for reuse in future outreach.
You can also sort or filter your dashboard by campaign name to review progress or performance by source.
