How to Log Into Propel for the First Time
- Find your invitation email — Check your inbox for an email from Propel inviting you to set your password.
- Set your password promptly — The invitation link expires after one hour, so set your password as soon as possible.
- If your invitation expired — Click Forgot Your Password on the login page. This will reactivate the process and prompt you to create a new password, returning you to the login page when complete.
- Log in using your preferred method — There are three ways to sign in:
- Enter your email address and password directly
- Click Sign in with Google
- Click Sign in with Microsoft
- Stick with your chosen sign-in method — Whichever method you use the first time, use that same method every time you return to the platform.
- Switch between profiles after logging in — If you have multiple user profiles in Propel, you only need one set of login credentials. Once logged in, you can flip between profiles from within the software.
