How to File a Support Ticket in Propel
- Go to the Support desk — In the left-hand navigation bar, find and click the Support icon.
- Click “Filing a Ticket” — Select the Filing a Ticket option to open the support ticket form.
- Fill out the form — Complete all the required information describing the issue you are experiencing.
- Attach screenshots or video — Include screenshots or a screen recording of the problem. This helps the support team understand your issue faster and get you a resolution more quickly.
