Here, you can search the Support Desk for an answer to your question.
If you don’t find the answer or still believe you’ve encountered a problem you can’t solve, click to File a Ticket.
When filing a ticket, include screenshots or a Loom video of your screen to clearly show the problem. This will help describe the issue more effectively and reduce the time it takes for you to receive support.
