Toggling Automatic Email Delivery of the Health and Value Report #

Propel Your Business gives firms full control over whether a Health and Value Assessment (HVA) report is automatically emailed to a prospect when they complete the assessment.

This setting can be managed at both the firm level and the individual send level.


Firm-Level Setting: Email Report Automatically #

If you are a firm admin, you will see a toggle labeled “Email report automatically” in the top-right corner of the Health and Value Assessment experience.

What this toggle does: #

  • On:
    The HVA report is automatically emailed to the prospect as soon as they finish the assessment.
  • Off:
    The report is not automatically emailed when the assessment is completed.

Important: #

  • This toggle affects everyone in your firm
  • It sets the default behavior for report delivery across all assessments

Overriding the Setting for an Individual Assessment #

Even if the firm-level toggle is turned on, you can still control delivery on a per-assessment basis.

When sending a Health and Value Assessment:

  • You can toggle off automatic email delivery for that specific assessment
  • This allows you to review results first or deliver the report later as part of a conversation

What Happens When Automatic Email Is Turned Off #

When a prospect completes the assessment and automatic email delivery is disabled:

  • The report is not sent immediately
  • In your Health and Value Assessment dashboard, you will see an Email Status indicator
  • The status will show that the report has not been sent

Manually Sending the Report Later #

If automatic delivery was turned off, you can send the report at any time:

  1. Go to the Health and Value Assessment dashboard
  2. Locate the completed assessment
  3. Click Email Now
  4. The report is sent immediately to the prospect
  5. The Email Status updates to show that the report has been sent

This gives you flexibility to time report delivery based on your sales or advisory process.
