Welcome to Propel Your Business! We’re so excited to have you here.
This video is designed for firm admins and firm users.
When you log in, you’ll know you have one of these roles if you see the Navy navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
If you don’t see this bar, but believe you should, please log a support ticket with Propel Your Business.
Portfolio Page
When you log in, you’ll land on the Portfolio Page.
- If you’re a Firm Admin, you’ll see all companies in your portfolio.
- If you’re a Firm User/Advisor, you’ll see only the companies assigned to you.
Support Resources
At the bottom of the navigation bar, you’ll find Support.
- This is your go-to resource for answers.
- You’ll see dedicated sections for Firm Admins and Firm Users.
- You’ll also find articles on firm-level profiles and how to get started.
Health & Value Module
Next, you’ll notice the Health & Value module.
- Clicking here takes you to your Health & Value Dashboard.
- As you send assessments, this dashboard will populate with results.
- Multiple support videos and articles are available in the knowledge base to help you use this feature effectively.
Learning Category
You’ll also see a Learning section.
- These are courses available to both your firm and your clients.
- When prompted, log in with the same email and password you used for Propel Your Business.
- This creates a learning profile that tracks your progress and completions.
- You can also create your free account directly from this page.
Support videos and text guides are available to help you navigate this area.
Settings Section
Under Settings, you’ll find tools to manage:
- Firm settings
- Companies
- Your team
- Account preferences
- Integrations
Each of these areas is supported by detailed help articles and videos.
Support Tickets
If you ever have a question you can’t resolve through the knowledge base:
- File a support ticket directly from the platform.
- Include screenshots or a screen recording when possible to speed up resolution.
Recent Updates
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a section for Recent Updates.
This is where new features, visual updates, or naming changes will be announced.
Personal Settings
Finally, in the lower left-hand corner, you’ll see your name.
Click here to:
- Update your profile photo
- Adjust your time zone
- Add a video URL to personalize your account
