Most individuals will typically view tasks by meeting series.
Any meeting series where you either created a task or a task was assigned to you will display those tasks under the Tasks section in the agenda bar.
Professional Service Providers & Firm View #
If you’re a professional service provider managing a portfolio of businesses, you’ll have an additional roll-up view:
- In the navigation bar (left-hand side, navy panel), you can access all of your tasks across clients.
- This shows every task either created by you or assigned to you, along with the client company it belongs to.
Company Admins or Advisors Managing Multiple Businesses #
If you’re a company admin or an advisor who manages multiple businesses:
- Your tasks are automatically rolled up into the left-hand navigation bar.
- If you’re a member of multiple meetings across the organization, you’ll see all tasks from all meeting series you participate in—consolidated in one place.
Task Categories #
In this dashboard, tasks are divided into three views:
- My Tasks – Tasks you created or that are assigned to you.
- Assigned Tasks – Tasks you’ve assigned to others.
- All Tasks – A complete view of all tasks (if you have admin rights).
Each entry also shows which meeting series the task belongs to, making it easy to keep track of context.
