White-Labeling the Propel Your Business Login Page #
Propel Your Business allows firms to white label the login page so it reflects your firm’s branding rather than the default platform branding.
This feature is available only to Firm Admins.
Who Can White Label the Login Page #
- You must be logged in as a Firm Admin
- You will know you have firm access if you see the navy navigation bar on the left-hand side
- If you do not see the navy navigation bar, you are not a firm user and do not have access to this feature
How to Access White-Label Settings #
- Log in to Propel Your Business
- Confirm you see the navy navigation bar
- Click Settings
- Navigate to Firm Settings
If you do not see Firm Settings, you are not logged in as a Firm Admin.
Branding Elements You Can Customize #
Within the Firm Settings page, Firm Admins can manage the following branding elements:
Firm Name #
- The official name of your organization
- Appears on the login page and throughout the platform
Firm Logo #
- Uploaded once and automatically formatted for use across the platform
- Appears in multiple locations, including:
- The login page
- The top-left corner of the application
- Other branded areas throughout Propel Your Business
Cover Image #
- Displays prominently on the login page
- Serves as the primary visual background for your firm’s login experience
How Branding Appears on the Login Page #
- Cover Image: Displays as the background image on the login screen
- Firm Logo: Appears prominently on the login page
- Firm Logo (Secondary Placement): Also appears in the top-left corner once users log into the platform
These elements work together to provide a fully branded, white-labeled experience for your firm and your clients.
