How do I add a roadmap item?

Adding Roadmap Items #

You can add roadmap items to initiatives directly from the Initiatives module in the left-hand navigation bar. This is where initiatives are created, organized, and planned.

Steps to Add Roadmap Items #

  1. Go to Initiatives in the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Select the initiative you’d like to build out.
    • Example: Build a Recruiting Engine
  3. Inside the initiative, you’ll see existing roadmap items.
  4. To add more, click Add Roadmap Item in the top right corner.
  5. Enter the details of the roadmap item, including:
    • Name (the task or step)
    • Assigned Owner (who is responsible)
    • Description (any context/details)
    • Target Due Date
    • Status
  6. Once complete, click Submit or Submit & Add Another if you want to keep adding multiple items.
