Reporting on Health and Value Assessment Campaign Links #

Propel allows firms to report on all Health and Value Assessment campaign links to understand performance, conversion, and progress through the sales lifecycle.

Accessing Campaign Reports #

  1. Navigate to the Health and Value Assessment Dashboard.
  2. On the right-hand side of the dashboard, click View Report.
  3. This opens the reporting view for all existing Health and Value Assessment campaign links.

What You See in the Report #

Campaign Link Details #

On the left-hand side of the report, you will see:

  • Campaign link name
  • The live campaign link
  • An option to download a QR code for the link

Assessment Activity #

Under each campaign link, the report displays:

  • The total number of assessments started using that link
  • A breakdown of how many assessments are in each stage
  • The date the most recent assessment was taken

This allows you to evaluate engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.

Campaign Metrics and Filtering #

  • Campaign performance rolls up into summary metrics at the top of the report.
  • When you apply filters (such as by owner or timeframe), these metrics update automatically.
  • The stages shown in this report match the same stages displayed at the top of the Health and Value Assessment dashboard.

Understanding the Campaign Stages #

Each assessment progresses through defined stages that reflect where a prospect or client is in your process:

Prospect #

  • The assessment has been started but not finalized, or
  • The assessment has been finalized but the prospect has not yet entered the sales process

Pending #

  • The finalized assessment has been launched into a pending account
  • This indicates the prospect has entered the sales process

Active #

  • The prospect has signed with the firm and is now an active client
  • Active clients remain in this stage

Inactive #

  • The client is no longer engaged with the firm

Why This Report Matters #

This reporting view shows:

  • Where each Health and Value Assessment sits within the lifecycle
  • How effectively each campaign moves prospects from assessment to sales and into active clients
  • The overall success rate of individual campaign links

By reviewing this report regularly, firms can evaluate which campaigns are performing well and optimize their prospecting and conversion strategies.
