Health & Value Assessment Campaign Reporting #

The Health & Value Assessment Dashboard now includes reporting functionality for all campaigns you’ve created, allowing you to track engagement, performance, and client conversion stages.


Accessing Campaign Reports #

  1. Navigate to the Health & Value Assessment Dashboard from the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. On the right-hand side, click View Report.
  3. You’ll see a list of all campaigns you’ve created over time.
  4. Use filters to search by:
    • Date Range
    • Campaign Owner

You can also choose to view assessments that were sent outside of any campaign (listed under No Campaign).


Viewing Campaign Details #

When you open a campaign report, you’ll see:

  • The campaign link (which can be reused anytime).
  • The total number of Health & Value Assessments sent using that link.
  • A breakdown of where each assessment currently sits within the client lifecycle.

Understanding the Stages #

StageDescription
ProspectAnyone who has been sent a Health & Value Assessment—whether or not they have completed it.
PendingThe assessment is linked to a pending company instance—meaning the prospect is in the sales process, but not yet a client. Pending users cannot be invited into Propel Your Business.
ActiveThe company instance has become active—meaning the client has signed on. The assessment automatically moves to this stage.
InactiveOnce a client offboards or becomes inactive, all linked assessments automatically move to this status.

Additional Insights #

Within each campaign report, you can also:

  • See when the last assessment was completed or sent.
  • Evaluate which campaigns are generating the most engagement.
  • Use the campaign links repeatedly in marketing, events, or advisor outreach.
