Adding Team Members To The Learning (LMS) Module

Accessing the Learning Module #

Every company user who has access to Propel automatically receives access to the Learning Module (LMS).

No additional permissions, licenses, or settings are required.

If you can log in to Propel, you can access the Learning Module.


Where to Find the Learning Module #

After logging in to Propel, you’ll find the Learning module in the left-hand navigation menu.

Selecting Learning will take you directly to the Learning Dashboard, where you can:

  • Browse available courses
  • Continue courses that are in progress
  • Review completed courses
  • Access training resources and materials

The Learning Module is available to all active users within the platform.


Learning Module Access Requirements #

Access to the Learning Module is tied directly to your Propel user account.

As long as you are:

  • An active user in Propel
  • Able to successfully log in to the platform

you will have access to the Learning Module and all available training content.


Important Note #

The Learning Module is only accessible from within Propel.

Users cannot access courses or training materials without first logging into the platform.

If you cannot access Propel, you will not be able to access:

  • Learning courses
  • Training videos
  • Quizzes
  • Course resources
  • Progress tracking

Troubleshooting Access Issues #

If you do not see the Learning Module in the left-hand navigation menu:

  1. Verify that you are logged into the correct Propel account.
  2. Confirm that your user account is active.
  3. Contact your company administrator if you believe your account has been disabled.
  4. Submit a support ticket if the issue persists.

In most cases, if you can access Propel successfully, you will automatically have access to the Learning Module and all associated training content.


Best Practices #

  • Complete onboarding courses soon after receiving platform access.
  • Encourage team members to utilize the Learning Module as part of their onboarding process.
  • Use courses as ongoing professional development and platform training.
  • Revisit completed courses when new features or workflows are introduced.
