Setting your defualt virtual meeting link

How to Set Your Default Virtual Meeting Link in Propel

1. Go to My Account — In the left-hand navigation bar, click on My Account to access your personal settings.
2. Scroll down to the Video URL field — Look for the Video URL Link field on the page.
3. Enter your personal meeting room URL — Paste in your default virtual meeting link. This can be a Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any other video conferencing link you use regularly.
4. Use your personal meeting room link — This should be your permanent personal meeting room URL, which stays the same regardless of the meeting. Once saved, it will automatically populate every time you create a virtual meeting in Propel.
5. Not sure what your personal meeting room link is? — Log into your video conferencing platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and locate your personal meeting room URL there before entering it in Propel.
