Sharing Resources With A New Client

  1. Go to Resource Section: Navigate to the “Resource” section within the software.
  2. Identify Pinned Resources: Locate the resources pinned for the client.
  3. Verify Client Sharing: Check if the client’s photo or name appears in the sharing information for each resource.
    • If NOT Shared: Proceed to the next step.
  4. Edit Resource Sharing: Click on the three dots (ellipsis) associated with the resource and select “Edit”.
  5. Add Client as Editor: Add the client as an “Editor”.
  6. Submit Changes: Submit the changes to save the new sharing settings.
  7. Confirm Sharing: Verify that the document has been shared with the client using the software.
  8. External Sharing (Google): Note that sharing in the software does not automatically share the actual document in Google.
  9. Open in Google: Access the document by opening it in Google.
  10. Share in Google: Share the document with the client directly in Google.
