Cutting and Pasting Initiatives and Roadmap Items #

Propel Your Business allows you to upload templates for both initiatives and roadmap items, making it easy to duplicate, adjust, or bulk-load information.

Exporting and Importing Initiatives #

1. Go to the Initiatives module in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. On the far right, click the three dots.
3. Choose to:
   • Export Initiatives
   • Import Initiatives
   • Copy to Clipboard (and paste into Google Sheets or Excel)

👉 This generates a template of your initiatives.

From here, you can:

• Add new initiatives into the sheet.
• Leave fields blank (e.g., end date) if not yet defined.
• Save and then upload the updated sheet back into the system.

Once uploaded, new initiatives appear in alphabetical order on your dashboard.
