Client Logged In For First Time and Updating User Settings

Getting the Client Logged in and User Settings Set Up

  1. Client Access: Ensure the client has access to Propel Your Business.
  2. Log In: The client should log into the software.
  3. Company Settings: Navigate to “Company Settings.”
  4. Complete Company Settings: Fill out any remaining items in the company settings. Some user sections may be left blank for now.
  5. My Settings: Go to “My Settings” (the tool above the face in the bottom left corner).
  6. Complete My Settings: Fill out the remaining items, including:
    • Adding a photo
    • Selecting a time zone
    • Adding a Zoom or video link for meetings
    • Providing a job title and phone number
  7. Save Changes: Save the changes.
  8. Important Note: The time zone and video link are crucial. If these are not filled out, problems may occur later when sending meeting types.
