Getting the Client Logged in and User Settings Set Up
- Client Access: Ensure the client has access to Propel Your Business.
- Log In: The client should log into the software.
- Company Settings: Navigate to “Company Settings.”
- Complete Company Settings: Fill out any remaining items in the company settings. Some user sections may be left blank for now.
- My Settings: Go to “My Settings” (the tool above the face in the bottom left corner).
- Complete My Settings: Fill out the remaining items, including:
- Adding a photo
- Selecting a time zone
- Adding a Zoom or video link for meetings
- Providing a job title and phone number
- Save Changes: Save the changes.
- Important Note: The time zone and video link are crucial. If these are not filled out, problems may occur later when sending meeting types.
