You already have recurring meetings set in your calendar with the participants you’d like to set up a meeting series with in Propel Your Business. How do you ensure that the meeting in the calendar and the meeting in Propel Your Business have the same video link?
First, if the meeting is already in your calendar, you can go to your calendar and copy the meeting link. Then come back to Propel Your Business.
If you’ve already created the series, you can edit it by clicking on the three dots and updating the meeting link to match the one in your calendar. Then hit update.
If you haven’t created the meeting series yet, you can create it and make sure to copy the meeting link from your calendar into the series. Then hit save.
Be sure to double-check the location field in the meeting series to ensure it includes the same meeting invite link as the one in your calendar.
