Portfolio: Company Table View

1 min read

Portfolio Dashboard Overview #

When a Firm User or Firm Admin logs into Propel, they land on the Portfolio Page by default.

The Portfolio Dashboard displays:

  • all active client companies
  • customizable portfolio columns
  • and firm-configured company information.

Portfolio Dashboard Columns #

The Portfolio Dashboard is organized into columns that help users quickly view and manage client information.

These columns are customizable and can be:

  • shown
  • hidden
  • reordered
  • or reset back to the default view.

Firm users can personalize how their portfolio appears based on their workflow and priorities.

Firm Admin Controls #

While Firm Users can personalize their own view, only Firm Admins control:

  • which columns are available
  • and what portfolio fields users can access.

If a user does not see a particular column option:

  • it is likely because the Firm Admin has not enabled it.

Users should contact their Firm Admin if they believe a column or field is missing.

Showing & Hiding Columns #

Firm users can:

  • click on column options
  • and toggle columns on or off.

This allows each user to:

  • simplify their portfolio view
  • focus on the information most relevant to them
  • and reduce dashboard clutter.

Reordering Columns #

Users can also:

  • drag and drop columns
  • to rearrange the order of information displayed on the dashboard.

This gives each user flexibility to organize:

  • client information
  • operational data
  • and metrics

…in the order most useful to them.

Reset to Default #

At any time, users can:

  • reset their portfolio layout back to the default configuration established by the Firm Admin.

This is useful if:

  • columns were accidentally removed
  • layouts became disorganized
  • or the firm updated the standard portfolio configuration.
