Setting Permissions For Company Users

How to Set User Permissions #

To set or update user permissions in Propel, you must be a Company Admin.

Where to Manage Permissions #

  1. Navigate to Company Settings
  2. Click the Users tab

Here, you will see:

  • A list of all active and inactive users
  • Permission indicators for each user

Viewing Permissions at a Glance #

In the Users table, you will see checkmarks under:

  • Company Goals
  • Health and Value
  • Internal Meetings

These indicate which permissions each user currently has enabled.

Editing User Permissions #

To update permissions for an individual user:

  1. Locate the user in the list
  2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side
  3. Select Edit

Available Permissions #

Within the user settings, you can grant or remove access to:

Company Goals #

  • Allows the user to view and interact with company goals

Health and Value (Enterprise Value) #

  • Grants access to the company’s health and value data
  • Typically reserved for owners, leadership, or key stakeholders

Internal Meetings #

  • Allows the user to create and manage their own internal meetings

Saving Changes #

  • After adjusting permissions, click Edit User
  • Changes take effect immediately
