How to Set User Permissions #
To set or update user permissions in Propel, you must be a Company Admin.
Where to Manage Permissions #
- Navigate to Company Settings
- Click the Users tab
Here, you will see:
- A list of all active and inactive users
- Permission indicators for each user
Viewing Permissions at a Glance #
In the Users table, you will see checkmarks under:
- Company Goals
- Health and Value
- Internal Meetings
These indicate which permissions each user currently has enabled.
Editing User Permissions #
To update permissions for an individual user:
- Locate the user in the list
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side
- Select Edit
Available Permissions #
Within the user settings, you can grant or remove access to:
Company Goals #
- Allows the user to view and interact with company goals
Health and Value (Enterprise Value) #
- Grants access to the company’s health and value data
- Typically reserved for owners, leadership, or key stakeholders
Internal Meetings #
- Allows the user to create and manage their own internal meetings
Saving Changes #
- After adjusting permissions, click Edit User
- Changes take effect immediately
