π Portfolio Dashboard Overview #
The Portfolio Page displays high-level metrics and details across your client base.
If you are a Firm Admin or Supervisor, you can see:
- The portfolio of all clients managed by your team
- Aggregate data such as:
- Total number of companies
- Live hours logged across clients
- Average hourly bill rate
- Average months active across all clients
Each client is represented by an individual company tile displaying key data points:
- Next Advisory Meeting
- Health Score
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- Allocated Hours
- Client Tenure (how long theyβve been a client)
- Last Advisory Meeting Date
- Last Login Date for the client
π‘ Tip: Use this view to quickly assess which clients are most active, when their next meeting is scheduled, and where to focus follow-up attention.
π Client Status Views #
Across the top of the dashboard, you can toggle between different client statuses:
- Active Clients β Current paying clients with active company instances
- Pending Clients β Prospects in the sales process not yet active
- Inactive Clients β Previous clients or paused engagements
- Demo Accounts β Demonstration companies used for training or prospect demos
- All Clients β View every account in one place
π Filtering Options #
On the right-hand side of the Portfolio Page, use Filters to refine your view.
You can filter by:
- Supervisor
- Advisor
- Client Status
- Company Name
β This makes it easy to isolate performance by team, advisor, or stage in the client journey.
