How to Invite or Assign a Client to a Company in Propel Your Business After Signing the Contract: #
- Log In to Propel Your Business:
- Access the firm portfolio page, where all the companies in your firm are listed.
- Choose the Company:
- Select the company you wish to assign to the client.
- Access Company Settings:
- Navigate to the company settings.
- Add the User:
- Go to the Users section and click on Add User.
- Assign the Role:
- Assign the appropriate role to the client:
- Admin: Suitable for the company owner. They will have full access to dashboards, team management, and health/value insights.

- Choose the status for the client:
- Inactive: The client has not yet been invited to the company.
- Active: Activating this will automatically send an email invitation to the client, prompting them to log in and set a password.

- Timing of the Invitation:
- Note that the email invitation expires in one hour. To avoid delays, it’s best to invite the client while you are in a meeting with them (e.g., a Zoom call) so they can immediately log in and set up their account.
