How to Invite or Assign a Client to a Company in Propel Your Business After Signing the Contract: #

  1. Log In to Propel Your Business:
    • Access the firm portfolio page, where all the companies in your firm are listed.
  2. Choose the Company:
    • Select the company you wish to assign to the client.
  3. Access Company Settings:
    • Navigate to the company settings.
  4. Add the User:
    • Go to the Users section and click on Add User.
  5. Assign the Role:
    • Assign the appropriate role to the client:
      • Admin: Suitable for the company owner. They will have full access to dashboards, team management, and health/value insights.
  6. Set Status:
    • Choose the status for the client:
      • Inactive: The client has not yet been invited to the company.
      • Active: Activating this will automatically send an email invitation to the client, prompting them to log in and set a password.
  7. Timing of the Invitation:
    • Note that the email invitation expires in one hour. To avoid delays, it’s best to invite the client while you are in a meeting with them (e.g., a Zoom call) so they can immediately log in and set up their account.

This ensures a seamless onboarding process for the client.
