Script: Sharing a Health & Value Assessment #
Step 1: Understand Access
- Firm Admins automatically have access to all Health & Value Assessments in Propel Your Business.
- Firm Users must share finalized assessments manually.
Step 2: Confirm Role
When you log in, look for the navy navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
- If you see it, you are a Firm Admin or Firm User.
- If you don’t see it, contact the person who connected you with Propel Your Business.
Step 3: Open Health & Value
- From the navigation bar, click Health & Value.
- This takes you to your Health & Value dashboard.
Step 4: Locate a Finalized Assessment
- You can only share an assessment that is finalized.
- Use the Finalized status or filter to find eligible assessments.
Step 5: Share the Assessment
- Select the company assessment you want to share.
- Click Share.
- Choose the Firm User(s) you want to grant access to.
- Click Edit to confirm.
Step 6: Verify Sharing
Once shared, the selected user’s photo or initials will appear under “Shared.”
