Adding A Client To Advisory Meetings For The First Time

  1. Access Meetings Section: Open the “Meetings” section in the software.
  2. Check Existing Meetings: Determine if the advising meetings have been set up.
    • If not: Create new meetings. (Refer to the Help Center’s “Meetings” section for more information.)
  3. Edit Meeting Series: If the meetings are already set up, edit the advisory meeting series.
  4. Invite as Guest: Invite the client as a guest and submit.
  5. Edit Recurring Meetings: Edit the meeting series again (likely two bi-weekly meetings) and invite the client.
  6. Apply Changes to All: Apply the changes to the current meeting and all following meetings in the recurring series.
  7. Multiple Meetings: If there are multiple existing meetings, repeat the invitation process for each.
  8. Verify Invitations: Ensure the client is receiving the invites in their calendar.

Double Check: Double-check that everything is correct.
