Fixing Incorrect Meeting Time Zones #

If your meeting times are displaying incorrectly in Propel, the most common cause is that your personal time zone has not been configured correctly in your account settings.

Propel uses your user profile’s time zone setting to display meetings throughout the platform.

Updating Your Time Zone #

To update your time zone:

  1. Navigate to My Account in the lower-left corner of the navigation menu.
  2. Open your account settings.
  3. Locate the Time Zone field.
  4. Select the time zone that matches your current location.
  5. Save your changes.

What This Changes #

Once your time zone is updated, Propel will automatically adjust meeting times across the platform, including:

  • Meeting Series
  • Scheduled Meetings
  • Upcoming Meetings on My Dashboard
  • Meeting Invitations
  • Meeting Cadences

All meeting times will display according to the time zone selected in your user profile.

Common Symptoms of an Incorrect Time Zone #

You may need to update your time zone if:

  • Meetings appear one or more hours early or late.
  • Upcoming meetings do not match your calendar.
  • Meeting invitations display incorrect times.
  • Team members in different regions are seeing different meeting times than expected.

Best Practice #

Set your time zone as part of your initial account setup and review it whenever:

  • You relocate to a different time zone.
  • Daylight Saving Time changes occur.
  • You notice discrepancies between your calendar and Propel meeting schedules.

Keeping your account time zone accurate ensures that meetings, notifications, and schedules are displayed correctly throughout the platform.
