How do pin a resource to a meeting series?

There are several ways to pin a resource to a meeting series.

The first way is through the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Click on Resources. If it’s a new resource, simply add it (following the instructions in the separate video), and then pin it to the specific meeting series.

If you don’t know which meeting series to pin it to when adding the resource, you can come back later. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the resource, select Edit, and then choose the meeting series (or multiple series) you want to pin it to. When you submit, the system will ask you to validate who the editors and viewers are for this document.

The last way to pin a resource is directly within a meeting. While you’re in a meeting series, go to the right-hand side of the screen and click on Resources. From here, you can pin a resource. You’ll see My Resources and All Resources, and you can also search for the one you need.

If you are not shared on a resource, you won’t be able to pin it. When you do pin a resource, the system will again ask you to validate who you are sharing it with among the meeting participants.

You can also unselect a resource. This does not archive the resource—it simply removes it from being pinned to that specific meeting series.
