Weekly Notification Email Summaries #

Inside Propel, users can receive a weekly email summary of their notifications and assigned work.

These summaries are designed to help users:

  • stay organized
  • maintain accountability
  • review upcoming priorities
  • and quickly identify overdue work.

When Weekly Summaries Are Sent #

Propel sends weekly notification summaries:

  • every Friday
  • at 8:00 AM local time.

The summary provides a snapshot of:

  • overdue items
  • upcoming responsibilities
  • new assignments
  • and recent activity inside the platform.

Where to Manage Notification Preferences #

Users can manage their notification summary preferences by going to:

  1. My Account
  2. Notifications

This section controls:

  • weekly email summary subscriptions
  • and notification preferences across company instances.

Subscription Options #

By default:

  • users are subscribed to weekly summaries for all companies they belong to.

Users can:

  • unsubscribe entirely
  • subscribe only to specific companies
  • or remain subscribed to all organizations.

If a user belongs to only one company:

  • only that company will appear in the settings.

What the Weekly Summary Includes #

The weekly summary email provides visibility into:

  • overdue items
  • tasks due this week
  • roadmap items
  • recent assignments
  • and new activity added to the user’s workload.

The goal is to provide:

  • a quick operational snapshot
  • and help users prioritize the upcoming week.
