Sending a Health and Value Assessment #

There are two ways to send a Health and Value Assessment from Propel. Each method serves a different purpose depending on how you prefer to communicate with your prospect.

Option 1: Send the Assessment Directly from Propel #

1. Navigate to the Health and Value Assessment Dashboard.
2. On the top right-hand side of the screen, click Send Health and Value Assessment (the green link).
3. Enter the prospect’s name and email address.
4. Send the assessment.

What Happens Next #

• The assessment is emailed directly to the prospect from Propel Your Business.
• The sender email address will be from Propel, not from an individual user.
• This method is best when you want a fast, system-generated delivery without writing a separate email.

Option 2: Create and Share an Invite Link #

1. From the Health and Value Assessment dashboard, choose the option to create an invite link.
2. Copy the generated link.
3. Paste the link into your own email and send it to the prospect.

What Happens Next #

• The assessment link is embedded into a personalized email sent directly from you.
• The email comes from your own email address, not Propel.
• This method is ideal when you want a more customized, relationship-driven outreach.

Choosing the Right Method #

• Use direct sending from Propel for quick, standardized outreach.
• Use an invite link when you want more control over the messaging and a personal touch.

Both options track assessment activity inside Propel and feed into your Health and Value Assessment reporting and campaigns.
